Review content:
Friendly but incompetent and play games. They do their best to get out of anything that cost them any money. I have paid higher rates for years believing that it was worth it for the resources, quality, and services as well as the work guarantees. I sadly have learned the hard way that this office couldn't care less about anything but the bottomline. They have written countless loopholes into their policies. I was told my deductible was waved as I was not at fault but two months later when the car was finally ready, I had to pay to get car the back. AAA response, out you didn't pay for the waive deductible to be added to the premium on your policy...basically you pay it either way regardless. My car was returned from the shop with more damage than it went in with. A month and hours of go around and around the manager began threatening me. Their behavior is appalling and contrary to AAA policy and reputation.
