I was hit from behind while south-bound on I-15 on June 5, 2010. The car was towed to Black Mtn Collision in San Diego, at the suggestion of the tow-truck driver. \r

I have never experienced such unprofessional response to a collsion claim. AAA is secretive (they won't say what they did; they won't say both the specific extent of the damages, the costs to repair, etc.). They want to "total" the car before the policy owner even knows what's going on. There is nothing in writing. There is not even the acknowledgement that the vehichle is "driveable" - which is obviously a more desireable condition following a collission than non-driveable. \r

Then the adjuster goes on vacation and hands it over to an office person who is not experienced in damage assessment evalueation and/or repair costs.\r

They seem to prefer every collision claim to be a "total"; if they can get away with it, before the policy owner wises up to what's really going on.\r
