I took my jeep into kings transmission because I had a significant coolant leak. They put in a brand new radiator and thermostat and assured me my coolant leaks were over (700$ later) then less then TWO WEEKS after I got my car back I had another coolant leak that was worse then before. My radiator hose was leaking, everyone I talk to tells me hoses should be swapped out whenever you get a new radiator but apparently kings transmission likes to leave a old corroded hose there so they can charge you to replace it later. They charged me a additional 106$ to replace a hose that should have been replaced from the start. The employees also never called me to keep me posted or tell me I could come get my car, I had to always be the one to call and check in. This place is the WORST repair shop I have ever used!!! I would rather push my car down the street to a different shop then ever have these LOSERS touch my car again
