Dear Beth and your wonderful crew, Thank you so much for such first rate service! You moved our small baby grand to Ashland from Oregon City in Oct of 2012 and everyone was absolutely wonderful. My piano arrived in perfect condition even after having been stored at your facility for almost 3 months. It was in such great condition, I have not had to have it tuned since, and that speaks volumes to me about the very careful conditions it was stored in and the extreme care it was given in bringing it into our new home.
I called a week ago inquiring about moving the same piano about 2 feet further into the room and you responded immediately with a positive response. Your wonderful crew was here today and moved the piano to exactly the right spot in no time at all. I can't begin to thank you and all of Big Al's wonderful employees for taking the stress out of moving items such as our piano, but also for being such great people and so wonderful to do business with!
