Happiest Move Ever! 4/16/2016

I don't normally write reviews, but Big Al's deserves nothing but raves. It started out with my first call with Vickie who was so helpful and friendly and she remained the same throughout the process. Our team of Fred, Gerald and Marquis moved us from Longview to Kalama in record time. They were just incredible young men, and like another reviewer, we wanted to adopt them. They worked together beautifully and helped us get situated in our new home. I think they would have made lunch if we had asked them to! What really stands out at Big Al's is the obvious pride they all take in their work and their real and honest concern that we have a great experience. So refreshing these days..... So many thanks to Big Al's. more

Excellent Service 4/2/2016

Moving is a very stressful time, no matter your reason for making the change. Recently, Big Al's group managed a two part move for us and we were once again impressed with their professional manner, respect for our belongings, patience with us when we became overwhelmed and positive attitude over 2 long 8 hour days full of stairs and elevators. We will move again next year and we will use them again. Highly recommend for anything you move. more

These guys earned their pay with my piano move! 4/1/2016

The crew moved my 1910 family heirloom upright grand piano up a steep driveway, across a lawn, up steep steps and into the house, while protecting the piano from any mishap. They were so great to work with! Thanks, Herman and crew! more

Total Satisfaction 1/8/2016

From the time I called Big Al's and spoke to Vicky, I knew I was working with a professional organization. Everything was spelled out and confirmed by email. Everything she said would happen did, on time and in a friendly and competent manner. Our three movers, called ahead, arrived on time and carefully wrapped, moved and set up our furniture. These guys are big and strong. Love them. And the cost was very reasonable. We recommend them highly and would call them again. BUT we hope not to need them. At our age, moving is too hard. more

excellent moving expereince 1/5/2016

the 3 men arrived promptly and went right to work loading the truck. They were respectful, personable, and very hard working. I was amazed at how quickly the truck was loaded and unloaded and my furniture remained in perfect condition despite some glass pieces. I will certainly recommend this service and use them again if needed. more

Big Al is terrific! 12/28/2015

I contacted Big Al because I had some very heavy and fragile items to move. I got a fair estimate for the move. The crew arrived on time, worked carefully, as quickly as possible, and with great care for my furniture, walls and floors. Everything arrived undamaged. They delivered what is expected 12/17/2015

Used Big Al's twice in the last month. Both times the guys were polite, careful and helpful. We had some large, heavy furniture (including a piano) and everything made it to our new home without incident. more

Wonderful Company 11/16/2015

My move was a difficult one. Divorce and after living in a home for almost 19 years, you can imagine the items collected. My team of packers and movers were the best ever! They were professional, friendly and so easy to work with. By the end of my move, they felt like family. If you don't get Big Al's, you are not getting the best there is.
