I would not recommend this company at all (they were recommended by my HOA so I went with them due to immediate need). I watched their workers very carefully and know 90% of what was done. They misquoted the square footage for water extraction from my carpet, claimed to spray anti-microbial (which i never saw done) and charged an additional hour for which they were not here (I watched the clock from arrival time to departure time) and refuse to adjust it accurately. Their workers were friendly; however, they did not wear boot covers over their nasty boots. My carpet is a light beige and is hard enough to keep clean without 2-3 people in dirty boots walking across it. I will NEVER use them again! Next time (hopefully there won't be a next time), I will go with Carolina Debris.
