You've been warned...stay away from All State Van Lines Relocation Services. The worst experience I've had in decades and I work in the customer service industry. They lie outright, they fudge, they wiggle around the truth, and expect to have pieces damaged. Be prepared to be overcharged on your weight; they have you over a barrel on the delivery side as they won't let you take your stuff until you've paid. Please make sure you read the reviews on Yelp - many people had similar experiences as I did. Please don't proceed...you'll regret your decision. It will be the most stressful experience you can imagine, it will cost you more than initially quoted, it will take much longer than promised and you'll lose a percentage of items due to damage. If I could give it no stars, I would have.
