When our AC went down, Air Flow Designs had a technician (Nelson) out within 24 hours of our call and the air was restored while a quote was generated for a new coil. The next day the temps began to rise in our home again. Air Flow Designs promptly sent out another technician (Jules) who discovered that our circuit board was blown and our drain line wasn't working properly in addition to the leaky coil Nelson discovered the day before. Jules was determined not to leave our home until the air was restored to working condition. After hours of problem solving, she fixed the problem with a temporary drain line to our bathroom. Both Nelson and Jules exhibited professionalism, great skill, and pride in serving their customers. Jules went above and beyond working well into the night to be sure we had AC in our home which was especially important for the comfort of our 1-year old.
