Review content:
On February the 2nd we where getting ready for bed when the shower backed up in the toilets and the toilets backed up in the showers. Oh know we needed to be up early for husband to be at work at 4:00 am. We immediately called rotor rooter. They said they would be out by 10:00 pm. and they where very close to that time frame. They have always been there for us in the past when we had the old terracotta pipes and the trees would grow into the pipes. Every six months like clock work they had to come out. Well 2 years ago we paid them to come out and change our pipes to pvc. They did an excellent and a timely job. No more problems we thought, well unfortunately last night they found that it was from the side walk to the street which was a city responsibility. But we paid to have it done so that we would not be waiting on the city all night. Yes it was a cost of $259.00 and a quick fix. The gentlemen was kind and respectful and work in a timely fashion. I would recommend roto- rooter they do good work and are timely. I am located in Norfolk, Va. Darlene Hodges
