Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My toilets were clogging, shower would have standing water & when washing clothes stuff would come up into the tub. I decided to call Roto-Rooter. This was my first time using them, second time ever having to call a plumber. The tech came 2 hours after the 2 hour window, but I was very impressed at how the rep called me a few times to keep me updated. She was very professional, along with the gentleman that came to my house. He brought to my attention that the last plumber that came, which was in 2011, he did not cap the line, so roots were growing inside. I was happy to know that I get a 6 month guarantee, plus he gave me something to put down the toilet that will help prevent root growth in the future. I am completely satisfied! This will definitely be the company I choose if I have any more issues. If you are reading this, you should definitely give them a try! more

On February the 2nd we where getting ready for bed when the shower backed up in the toilets and the toilets backed up in the showers. Oh know we needed to be up early for husband to be at work at 4:00 am. We immediately called rotor rooter. They said they would be out by 10:00 pm. and they where very close to that time frame. They have always been there for us in the past when we had the old terracotta pipes and the trees would grow into the pipes. Every six months like clock work they had to come out. Well 2 years ago we paid them to come out and change our pipes to pvc. They did an excellent and a timely job. No more problems we thought, well unfortunately last night they found that it was from the side walk to the street which was a city responsibility. But we paid to have it done so that we would not be waiting on the city all night. Yes it was a cost of $259.00 and a quick fix. The gentlemen was kind and respectful and work in a timely fashion. Christmas morning found our drains completely stopped, we spent a day trying old methods without any luck. On the day after, we called Roto-Rooter and Shawn Prunty showed up within the hour. After accessing the issue and advising us of our choices, he had the drain cleared. Will definitely use Roto-Rooter again. more

They came out the same day and at a time that was convenient to us. He identified the problem immediately and quoted a price. I did try to get him to elaborate and he was reluctant. But he did resolve the issue in short order. more
