I own a rental home in West Chester Pa. Recently my tenant called me to tell me the furnance stopped working.I tried to Trouble shoot the error myself on the phone with my tenant which seemed to work temporially but the furnance stopped again 10 min. later.That being said I called Dibiase heating and within 1 hour they were there. The tech called me back with an estimate of costs and told me he had the parts on the truck and could fix immediately. Of course who wants to deal with another bill but my tenant was real happy with the response time and I was real happy not having to deal with a long term issue. Everything worked real smooth,they were Great! Thank You!
