We are very pleased with Nathan's excellent service. In addition to the summer maintenance, Nathan also assisted us with our gas grill hook-up and a basement grounding project. Nathan conducts himself efficiently, professionally, and courteously and we always trust his technical skills and abilities. In addition, he is able to clearly explain any technical information that we need about our system-- in a way that makes sense sense to us non-technical people! Outstanding Service 2/25/2015

I have used this company in 2 emergency with my heater out of normal working hours. They quickly respond and solve problem in record time. Their technicians are very skilled and they also have good stock of parts. In case of emergencies don't waste your time calling other companies. more

Heater / Furnance Repair 2/1/2015

I own a rental home in West Chester Pa. Recently my tenant called me to tell me the furnance stopped working.I tried to Trouble shoot the error myself on the phone with my tenant which seemed to work temporially but the furnance stopped again 10 min. later.That being said I called Dibiase heating and within 1 hour they were there. The tech called me back with an estimate of costs and told me he had the parts on the truck and could fix immediately. Of course who wants to deal with another bill but my tenant was real happy with the response time and I was real happy not having to deal with a long term issue. Everything worked real smooth,they were Great! Thank You! more

A company that is a pleasure towork with and very quick response to problems. 10/22/2014

We have dealt with companies that are not responsive, take months to respond to requests for additions or solution to problems. DiBiase responds very promptly and once contracted the work is done. A pleasure to deal with, polite, clean and pleasant. A wonderful company to deal with. Solved our problem with allergies with a wonderful large filter system for the heat and a/c. more

Fall heating and cooling checkup 9/24/2014

Technicians were on time and described what they would be doing. Work was completed very professionally and they informed me of what had been done. Recommendations were made for a humidifier and they explained cost savings if done. more
