We live in a one bedroom apt in Tudor Gardens for a few years. The manager was hardly ever there. The only way to reach the manager was through an answering machine and the maintenance man wouldn't do anything unless told to by the manger.The apartments are old and you can easily hear your neighbors conversations.I would not recommended these apartments for single women or for the elderly.If you do decide to rent and are a woman make sure you are married and have your husband or boyfriend deal with the manager Jeff Emerson under no circumstances be alone with this person
