DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I called to ask if they could give me an estimate for a repair. He asked if I wanted him to drive to my home and give a free estimate on his dime, he then yelled at me that it not how a company made money. I did not even have the chance to explain that I had the info he needed for an estimate, door brand, measurements, etc. I told him thank you for being so polite and kind and to have a fabulous day. He then yelled at me ""that's right baby!! better know what you need before you go calling people!!!"" I called back later in the day to ask if he was the owner. He asked me how many more stupid questions I was going to have. I told him that this was ""baby"" and that I know exactly what I need and that he definitely isn't it.....well that's the g rated version.
