Do not even consider this place for your business. I had a garage door problem and the sticker for this business was on the door, so I called the number to ask a question and possibly have him come out. He interrupted me and rudely said ""Do you realize you are stopping me from working to ask me a question."" I was getting ready to tell him since he was like that I would call someone else, but before I could get that out he yelled ""CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!"" Do not give this curmudgeonly old guy your business if he is going to treat people like that. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I called to ask if they could give me an estimate for a repair. He asked if I wanted him to drive to my home and give a free estimate on his dime, he then yelled at me that it not how a company made money. I did not even have the chance to explain that I had the info he needed for an estimate, door brand, measurements, etc. I told him thank you for being so polite and kind and to have a fabulous day. He then yelled at me ""that's right baby!! better know what you need before you go calling people!!!"" I called back later in the day to ask if he was the owner. He asked me how many more stupid questions I was going to have. I told him that this was ""baby"" and that I know exactly what I need and that he definitely isn't it.....well that's the g rated version. more

On July 19th 2010 My 80 year old mother called this company to schedule an appointment for a Garage door replacement. She has used them a couple of times in the past. I could hear the conversation and noticed that my mom was becoming upset... I walked in the room just in time to hear the man say to her. "How the hell am I supposed to work on your F*&^ing old junk if you don't even know what kind it is". She said to him, "Are you telling me that you don't want the job"? He said "No B*&ch, I dont want your job, its 120 degrees out so F(*k Off. He hung up on her... I stood there a minute and attemped to call the office about 4/5 times the phone was just picked up and slammed back down. I decided that since they are just a few blocks from our home that I would run down and let the owner know just what had happened. When I pulled up the door was open and I started up the stairs. A large man came out and said, "What the hell do you want, I'm leaving" I said I would like to speak to the owner, This man started cussing at me and came forward until her pushed me backwards and kept yelling at me. {Now he really didn't know who I was or that I was there regarding his behavior towards my Mother at all. He yelled for me to get off his property or he would call the police. I said "Please call the police" He again came forward yelling and then spit in my face! I called the Merriam police and filed charges against this person and am awaiting their call. Please consider this information before calling and using this company. I would not want them to treat anyone else's Mother/Father/Sister/Brother or family member like this. more
