If I was Enterprise I would NOT ask for a review. Their service is crappy they can learn about customer service from AVIS. I hate when they kept asking how was service? How about learn to serve customer first rather than focusing on getting high ratings. I would never rent from Enterprise EVER customer service is simply rude and they don't hear/listen when you talk to them again because they are just focused on getting high ratings. I had to tell them three times to add CDW. Even with the addition the rep went around the car spending good amount of time measuring all the dents.
