THE PRICE AT UG IS GOOD BUT THEN U SEE Y ALL THE STAFF HAVE ATTITUDES ALL THE TIME THEY DONT WANT TO DO NOTHING ABOUT THE WORK ORDERS AND WHEN U STAY ON THEY BUTT TO DO EM IT TAKES THEM EVEN LONGER BUT THEY EXPECT FOR YOU TO PAY UR RENT ON TIME OR U WILL GET A NOTICE. I THOUGHT THEY DID ROMMATE MATCHING BOY WAS I WORNG I DID NOT WANT ANYONE UNDER 21 IN MY APARTMENT WHAT HAPPENED THEY WERE 19 AND 20 AND I WAS AT TOTAL DISASTER TO SAY THE LEAST. AND ANOTHER THING BEFORE U MOVE IN OR WHATEVER THE CASE IS U SHOULD DO THE WALK AROUND AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO MOLD AND NO DAMAGE BECAUSE TRUAT ME U WILL FIND IT WITHOUT A DOUBT AND GETTING IT FIXED OR RELPACED WILL BE A PROBLEM . WATCH OUT FOR BREAK INS BECAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN EITHER BY YOUR ROOMMATES OR SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING ABOUT IT ! SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING INTO UG. IF I COUPD GIVE IT A STAR RATIND IT WOULD BE A -20 FOR STAFF -20 FOR AREA -20 FOR ALL OTHER CRAP THEY DO
