I wish I could give this no stars. Where do I start? I requested a private entry on the second floor with roommates that were grad students. I got a non-private entry on the third floor with two roommates, neither of whom were students and one had two children both under the age of 7. On move in day I had to wait an extra hour from the time they originally told me because they had not cleaned my apartment or made copies of the keys. When I arrived, the tile was broken in the front entry, the air filter had not been changed for months and there was a leak, the ceiling fans in the living room had visible dirt on all the blades, the dishwasher was not mounted, two of the main lights in the living room were burnt out, and the smoke detector was out of batteries and beeping. I came to find out later that the smoke alarm (on top of a vaulted ceiling, so the residents couldn't even reach it to change it ourselves) had been beeping for over a month. After going into the office several times a day for three consecutive days they finally fixed the smoke alarm and the air filter leak.
I had to call the police twice while living here, once for a noise complaint on my neighbors who decided to listen to music loud enough to make the walls shake at 2:30am and once because my roommate and I heard a noise that resembled a gun shot.
One of my roommates would not pay for her portion of the electric bill so I paid for her portion so it did not effect my credit or accrue late fees and the complex did not help with the matter, despite what they said originally when signing the lease.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LET ANYONE LIVE HERE!
