Words cannot express my sincere gratitude to Micheal and his staff, I purchased my house with my husband in 1974 and his dream was to always remodel the backyard, but none the less the cost was very expensive, going on two years ago my husband passed away and i told my son that one day we need to remodel the patio and pool because that was your fathers dream. About a year ago our pool started leaking and we were filling it up three times a week, our water bill kept getting hire and higher, we tried to higher a leak detection company but all they kept saying is we need to market our pool. In October this nice young man came over to give me and my son our estimate to do pavers and to do the tile and pool and of course the leak. I must say when micheal came over he was very sweet and explained everything to us, the process, the cost and so on, and we told him we would be in contact within two weeks. We did get two other estimates; 1) too expensive 2) the sales guy was very pushy. We ended up signing with Bella Pools. The entire project took about two weeks to complete, micheal was on top of the job all the way until it was complete. He ended up finding another leak in the skimmer and did not even charge us to repair that leak, "maybe it was because we spent over $15,000" but anyways it was repaired. Now we have the most perfect pool and patio i feel i have ever seen. It took a little longer then we expected but it was worth the wait.
