I have been going to the Greater Waterbury Imaging Center for over 10 years, as I have a medical condition that requires me to get an MRI annually, and I just love this place. The only reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is because who likes being in an MRI machine for all those hours? Other than that, the staff is very present in assisting you and very knowledgeable. Their great with giving you the IV before you go in to the machine and accommodating to your needs--one time they let my father join me in the MRI room as I was feeling claustrophobic. The only thing that I have a problem with is that there is no parking: so be prepared to get there early so you can find a place to park.
