Satisfied with high level of service since 1990 8/31/2015

I have gone to Greater Waterbury Imaging Center every time I have had an MRI since 1990. The staff is professional, courteous, patient, and helpful. If you need an MRI, look no further than Greater Waterbury Imaging Center. more

Attentive and accommodating care 8/28/2015

I was referred to Greater Waterbury Imaging Center by my doctor after I got hurt. My husband and I traveled from Tennessee to Connecticut so I could have an MRI. The staff was able to see us very quickly. Everyone was was concerned about my well-fare and wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The medical team let my husband wait in the room with me during the imaging, which made him very happy. The whole process was very fast and I was very pleased with their care. You can expect to be treated very kindly by the staff at Greater Waterbury Imaging Center. more

Very comfortable and efficient! 8/18/2015

Basically, Greater Waterbury performed a service that I needed. They were very courteous and I didn't have a long wait to get the test done. They were very friendly and I would definitely go back there if I needed to have another test done. You would be very comfortable and they do whatever they can to make you so! more

I was very happy with the staff that I dealt with prior to and durning my MRI 5/19/2015

The only issue I have is that my results were sent to my surgeon that I could be followed up with in six months. If I had not already had a positive biopsy for breast cancer this information could have turned out to be very dangerous for me. My surgeon also immediately took care of the situation and had someone else look into my results. I feel that all the tests this person reviewed need to be checked again. I was lucky but there could be someone that thinks they are fine and need medical attention. more

I am an office manager at a doctor's office and we've been referring our patients to Greater Waterbury Imaging Center for many, many years and they are great. We've never received any patient complaints and whenever we need to make an appointment, we don't run into any issues and they get the patients in fairly quickly. more

At the doctor office I work for, we refer our patients out to Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr whenever they need an MRI and the patients seem to love them. Not only do they accommodate our patients in a timely fashion but we have never had a patient complain about the service they receive at Greater Waterbury in the years we've been using them. They're fantastic! more

Friendly, Clean, and Knowledgeable! 1/5/2015

I have been going to the Greater Waterbury Imaging Center for over 10 years, as I have a medical condition that requires me to get an MRI annually, and I just love this place. The only reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is because who likes being in an MRI machine for all those hours? Other than that, the staff is very present in assisting you and very knowledgeable. Their great with giving you the IV before you go in to the machine and accommodating to your needs--one time they let my father join me in the MRI room as I was feeling claustrophobic. The only thing that I have a problem with is that there is no parking: so be prepared to get there early so you can find a place to park. more

I have been a patient of Greater Waterbury Imaging Center for over 12 years and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I never have to wait longer than a few minutes and everyone is nice and professional. Also, the place is very clean and that is a huge plus! I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Overall I had a very satisfying experience with Greater Waterbury Imaging Center. When I went in for my appointment I did not have to wait that long. The desk personnel was very friendly, and the technician who did the MRI was very informative. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them. more

Greater Waterbury Imaging Center did an MRI on my foot for a possible infection. The staff is friendly and professional -- I was there twice. It was a nice experience especially when you are nervous about the results. It is a nice place to go, if you have to go. more

I went in to get an MRI with Great Waterbury Imaging Center and had a very positive experience. The gentleman who walked me through the process was very patient, considerate, and pleasant to work with. It was very cold, and he was very accommodating about making sure to keep me warm. Greater Waterbury Imaging Center performed MRIs for me and were very responsive to my request for a disc. It was done quickly and the staff was pleasant at the reception. They did fail to forwad a position they were asked to forward to--that was the only negative. more

Extremely attentive, excellent experience 8/5/2014

Overall in my experience with Greater Waterbury Imaging Center, things have been excellent and I am highly satisfied with the work they have done for me. Their customer service and polite demeanor has helped make the process dealing with cancer and taking MRI scans much more enjoyable than you would imagine. Everyone who works here, from the doctors to the front desk staff, are extremely kind and professional in their treatment towards me and that has left me re-assured that they are willing to go above and beyond what is expected to leave me 100% satisfied. Everything regarding the service and procedure was explained very clearly and I feel very trustworthy about the care program I was in. I highly recommend these folks to any family or individual dealing with cancer or another life threatening illness requiring an MRI scan. This is a much more intimate and personalized service that far exceeds that of any hospital in my opinion. more
