Don made himself avaliable to me,my hubby and our girl Luna he spent 2 hrs with us and did not charge us a penny. He listened to our concerns and gave us direction as to how to correct and what we may be doing wrong. He is Kind,Gentle,Assertive and Most of all Respectful to us and the Dog. I have 100 % confidence that he truly understands Dog behavior and look forward to Obidence training with him and his staff as well as boarding Luna.
