I come from a car family but we always have trouble finding someone to work on some of the harder, computer "based" autos and I had warning lights coming on like crazy! I fully expected to hear "you need a new transmission and it will be $3000, have a nice day"...nothing was further from the truth! I stopped by the shop to simply make an appointment and next thing I know I'm going for a test drive with the head mechanic with my car hooked up to read all the computer messages flying from my engine! They could have completely pulled one over on me because I had not had a proper transmission service done and lo and behold, I simply needed new plugs and an oil change! Super communication, all work is transparent and up front, definitely will be back!
