Finally an honest shop! 1/9/2015

I come from a car family but we always have trouble finding someone to work on some of the harder, computer "based" autos and I had warning lights coming on like crazy! I fully expected to hear "you need a new transmission and it will be $3000, have a nice day"...nothing was further from the truth! I stopped by the shop to simply make an appointment and next thing I know I'm going for a test drive with the head mechanic with my car hooked up to read all the computer messages flying from my engine! They could have completely pulled one over on me because I had not had a proper transmission service done and lo and behold, I simply needed new plugs and an oil change! Super communication, all work is transparent and up front, definitely will be back! more

Great work, very competitive price from a very professional shop. 11/1/2014

Could not be more pleased with my choice. I bought a Honda with a bad transmission that needed rebuilding. After personally visiting three different shops around Portland and reviewing online ratings, I choose Milex Mr. Transmission in Wilsonville. Bob, the owner, was incredible polite and professional. He gave me a written estimate and stuck by it. Even called me a week after to make sure I was happy with all the work his guys performed. I also had them replace the timing belt, water pump and accessory belt. The price was incredibly competitive with no nasty surprises at the end The shop is impeccably clean and his mechanics obviously take pride in their work. more

I completely trust him 9/24/2014

I went to Milex/Mr. Transmission of Wilsonville with an anti-lock brake system problem that became complicated due to the age of the car. Mr. Bauer took a great deal of time to get the right parts to me at a good price. He was completely honest and trustworthy which is so important to me. He's fair with his pricing and I would recommend him highly to anybody. more

Honest and friendly service! 9/15/2014

I have been in four times for various repairs and oil changes. I think these guys are the best! Friendly, fast, good prices and honest!!! Won't take my car anywhere else. Glad to have found them. Radiator repair 9/15/2014

Took in my 1987 Nissan pickup for a radiator leak and had the truck back quickly! Very freindly and fast service. They are my number one choice for repairs in this area! Very thorough and caring customer service. 9/3/2014

This was my first time using Milex-Mr. Transmission in Wilsonville. Cammy and Bob helped me. They were very welcoming, accommodating and took care of my needs. I had my breaks redone on my vehicle, and the whole service only took a few hours. I would highly recommend them because they did a very thorough job and have caring customer service. more

Service was excellent 8/26/2014

Mr. Transmission of Wilsonville did a basic 100,000 mile checkup where they did a timing belt change and anything else that goes along with that service. The work was done satisfactorily and the customer service person I talked to was commendable. Easy to work with and always has a professional manner. more

Very honest and trustworthy people 7/29/2014

My experience in working with Milex - Mr. Transmission of Wilsonville has been excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done for me. Their service men are very courteous and personable to talk with, they keep things open and honest, and ask for your input as to what your comfortable doing budget wise. They have always been very thorough in that sense with me and I have never felt like I was getting under-mined by the mechanic. The communication has been excellent both via email and phone, and I can always trust them to stay on schedule and work hard towards what was promised. I would absolutely use these folks again if needed be and recommend them highly to anybody in the market for a reliable and affordable mechanic. more

Very Satisfied Customer 7/16/2014

I brought my Dodge Ram truck in for a transmission flush. During further inspection of my truck, they found other technical issues. They took the extra time to diagnose my problem and fixed it for me at a VERY fair cost. When I walked in, the office was very clean and professional. It made me feel more comfortable bringing my vehicle in to them. They kept me updated on the status of my truck and I was very satisfied overall because the guys working on my truck were courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. You can trust them to take care of your automotive problems. more

I can't say nice enough things about Mr. Transmission of Wilsonville. They rebuilt my transmission and they were fantastic. I've never met anyone quite like them my whole life and I'm 72-years-old! more

Like no other mechanic in Wilsonville 6/2/2014

Basically Milex -Mr.Transmission is new in town. My wife and I have been looking for a reliable mechanic for quite some time now. We had an issue with her truck and we decided that was it with our last mechanic. Out of ten different places I called, Milex-Mr. Transmission had the lowest prices. Bob the mechanic there is super informative and explained everything that was going to be fixed to us. He finished my wife's truck in a timely fashion. He had it ready when he said he would. Also, he was really truthful about everything. All in all, the experience was perfect. more

Worked hard to make sure I was happy 5/29/2014

Mr. Transmission rebuilt my transmission and it came out fine. They worked hard to communicate well and, even though, it wasn't great news (it was worse than we thought), they communicated through the problem. It was a good experience. Bob acted with integrity throughout the process and really worked hard to make sure I was happy. more

Enjoyable experience. 5/22/2014

I just liked how my experience went with Milex Mr. Transmission. I've been looking at this place for a couple months and finally decided to give it a go since I had a coupon. They were clean, prompt, friendly, and very professional. It was a very enjoyable experience overall. It was my first time using their services, and they just checked all my levels of oil and liquid and such, and changed my oil. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them highly. more

They even washed and waxed my van for me when they were done. This was my first time using them and I am actually using them again tomorrow. Do not hesitate calling these guys! more

Couldn't be happier 4/23/2014

Milex Mr. Transmission is excellent. Bob and Cammy are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me get things done fast and found a part for my older vehicle for the repair and I was really pleased. They replaced the track on one of my windows and also changed my oil quickly and efficiently. This was my first time using them and I thought the prices were very reasonable. I brought my vehicle in and they promptly took care of the problem. I'd highly recommend them. more

Total honesty. A trustworthy experience. 4/22/2014

Mr. Transmission was more than fair and honest with me. I was shocked at how organized and efficient they were. I had compared them with two other places for the same work, and their personality was better. I learned a lot from Mr. Transmission explaining the process, and why it needed to be done. They were great. I got total honesty from everybody. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and I have already recommended Mr. Transmission! more
