I called Roto rooter this morn because my bathtub would not drain. The technician, Bill and his associate were here in the time slot specified, diagnosed and solved the problem (which was a pipe partially frozen and clogged) and had it completely fixed in a short time. I always call roto rooter with any plumbing problems because they get the job done, and they are very professional and have ""no bull"" attitudes. They come in , diagnose the problem, explain what's going on, answer any questions, do the work right and leave. End of discussion. Todays technician was Bill 2986. They are good at handling ""distraught"" customers. I have used other plumbing services in the past and believe me some of them are real IDIOTS. I am so glad there's Roto Rooter to fall back on.
