After reading the other reviews I moved my dogs over to Merrick from Boone in Western Springs. One reason was the prices they quoted on the phone and the other was a reputation I had heard about.... Big Mistake. If you like to spend time on hold or calling again and again to get a hold of someone, then have at it; but I feel my time is valuable. Prices quoted on phone were drastically different than after appointments. If you dog hurts him self, I hope you have a week or so to wait till your vet can see him/her, otherwise head over to the emergency room and pay those extra fee's. Very disappointed.... and am back paying a little more for doctors that care.
