This is the second time I've had Big Al's Specialty Movers transport the same piano, seven years apart. They were professional, courteous, displayed a sense of humor, and moved my almost-antique and beloved piano (the one I grew up playing over 60 years ago) with great care. I'd recommend them to anyone. My condo has split and narrow stairs (7 steps up, left turn, four steps, left turn and 3 more steps, then around the corner on the right into a small loft.) Three men moved it carefully and successfully when other piano movers didn't even want to take a look at my destination. I'd hire them again, and will recommend them to anyone who has special moving assistance needs. Thanks, guys. The office help was also very professional, friendly, and reassuring. They called to inform me of the approximate ETA, and were prompt. Feel like my 'baby' has come home to rest.
