On December 30, 2014 we were lucky enough to have Matt M. do our yearly plumbing inspection. He arrived promptly at 8 am and immediately began an extremely thorough examination of our entire house checking for ALL possible plumbing related issues. (Toilets, sinks, water heater and laundry room) Matt not only checked on our list of concerns but also went above and beyond our expectations and fixed a problem with our dishwasher that I wouldn't have assumed was automatically included in the service. Another "Matt miracle" was unclogging a drain and then hooking the same drain back up despite missing a part so it will now have less of a tendency to clog in he future. While installing our water filters he noticed that our garbage disposal had gone from bad (last year's checkup) to worse (now leaking). We really appreciated his professional advice on our options without any misleading "hard sell" techniques that too often are used by unscrupulous service providers. Instead Matt helpfully explained the pros & cons of different disposals and installed one that would best fit our needs. I don't know whether I'm more impressed with his professionalism or the friendly conversations that accompany it? He even remembered specifics about my kids and their interests from his previous visit a year ago. Such attention to detail and personalized service certainly speaks volumes on not only Matt but Genz Ryan as well. I can't recommend him more highly and will request his service in the future.
