Review content:
Jim Coles was my service contractor and he was great. He was very professional and honest. There were a couple of times he could have cut corners and I wouldn't have known but he pointed it out and fixed something I didn't know was broke and would have caused trouble down the road. And it didn't give him more money because it was covered on the warranty. He was very kind and I felt comfortable with him in my house. My house is once again warm and toasty!
