Chris provided excellent service and explained things well.

This company has disappeared. I have paid into it every month and I expect two service calls per year. I would love if someone knows how to contact this company.

Chris is the service guy you want. In the house he was clean, polite and attentive; with the equipment, he was knowledgeable, correct and thorough); for our peace of mind, he explained everything he was doing and why; for our budget, he was mindful of our resources as retirees and of the clauses of our maintenance contract. He more than exceeded our expectations and he does the company proud. As I said to Tiffany, if you had a cookie cutter, please use it to replicate Chris; we all need more people like him. I have used One Hour Heating & Air for years. I'm always pleased with the clean cut, professional, certified technicians that come to my home. Chris K. was the most recent. The team always wear booties to not track dirt into the home. I get what feel is honest advice on how to service/maintain my furnace and air conditioner. Great service and service team. more

General AC Work 9/5/2015

Worked with Chris from One Hour to get my AC back up and running. Very friendly; explained everything he was doing, and why. He seemed like a trustworthy guy, and I'd call him again in the future if I needed any more AC or furnace work done. more

broken heater fixed! 12/30/2014

Jim Coles was my service contractor and he was great. He was very professional and honest. There were a couple of times he could have cut corners and I wouldn't have known but he pointed it out and fixed something I didn't know was broke and would have caused trouble down the road. And it didn't give him more money because it was covered on the warranty. He was very kind and I felt comfortable with him in my house. My house is once again warm and toasty! more
