My husband and I were looking for a company to re surface our swimming pool. It did not appear to be in terrible shape but it was about 20 years since we last had it completed and the pool light and steps were in need of repair. We called about six different pool companies, some wanted to redo perfectly good tile and another wanted us to reopen and old drain which was sealed off due to a previous problem, yet another wanted to sell us a complete new filtration system claiming ours was not big enough. I was very impressed with Mike from the start. Needless to say, Mike was truthful in what we needed and what we did not need; he even tried to save our steps but they were too far gone. He quoted us a very fair price and when the workers (very clean) came out, they found a couple of cracks no one saw and a large hole near our light and fixed them at no extra charge. He, himself came out to drain the pool for day 1 and his workers completed the pool the second day. It took 2 days to refill our pool- low water pressure but he was here every day and answered all of my questions. The pool looks fantastic and I did not need all the extras which all the other pool companies were trying to convince me of. I do have some pool management experience so I was not easily swayed.PS the whole process was done before Christmas! I would highly recommend Bella Pools. Thank you
