After a frustrating two with my car at another local shop without any answers I opted to pick up my car and try The Transmission Shop. Andrew answered my call after hours and spent time answering my questions without any promise of gaining my business. I took my car in as soon as they opened, and Andrew and his team had the problem diagnosed, and offered up a solution within hours of dropping the car off. They completed the work that afternoon, and my car was ready to pick up that night.
I couldn't be happier with their prompt service and honesty.
After two weeks at the other shop they offered a $2,100 rebuild of the transmission. Andrew and team diagnosed and repaired a simple leak in 8 hours for $250. I wouldn't rec com end any other transmission shop in the area after such a great experience at the transmission shop.
