Review content:
Our pipes collapsed under our slab home. Roto-Roter detected the problem and clearly showed us on video what our issue was (they even left us a DVD for our records). In order to fix the problem our kitchen, hallway and laundry room floors had to be dug up and new pipes run that were up to code. In addition the pipe leading under the garage and down to the street had to be relined to prevent any future collapse. From start to finish we had an extremely professional team who worked efficiently for a week to get the job done. Steve #3116 and Al #703 including 5 other employees worked components of the project. Steve and Al made recommendations to help reduce, not only the cost, but further disruption to our home. Steve worked all day and even into the early evenings. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and we would highly recommend them for any project!
