Review content:
Our tub was draining water very slow until eventually it would not drain. We got the phonebook and called Roto-Rooter, the rep I spoke to was very professional and friendly i was given great help in setting up to get a plumber to come out. The plumber showed up within 20 minutes, he was very nice, helpful and friendly. Our plumbers name was Ishmell he unclogged the drain in no time. Ismell expalined everything he was doing and what some of the causes for the clog in the drain were. He gave us great advice on how to prevent the drains from clogging up again. With Ismell's advice we decided to go with the Pipe Shield, to prevent an issue like this to happen again. He explained out this Pipe Shield worked and told us how to use the Pipe Shield. This was a great experience he was in and out and fixed the problem in no time. Thank you Ismell and the Roto-Rooter company for being so well imformed, friendly and helpful.
