Our bathroom drain has always been slow. I have snaked it and had a plumber snake it, but it never really lasts. This time the drain is not going down at all, and I can't get the snake to go through the pipe. \r

I called Roto-Rooters Plumbers Cleveland. They were very professional and could come the same day, even though I had to have them come the next day. Service was quick and courteous. They even called to let me know when they were running behind. I bought the drain cleaner, hopefully it works as well as they say it does. Love that the work's guaranteed for 6 months, even if it is a little expensive. I'm crossing my fingers that this time it lasts.
