Mike 229 saved the day!! After a LONG night of trying to correct our drain problem ourselves, I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland at 6am. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and pleasent. Mike called to tell me a time he would be at the house and showed up as promised. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He worked efficiently and solved the problem quickly. The final cost was as estimated, and very affordable. He even gave me some suggestions for avoiding future visits from him! \r
I would highly recommend Mike to all my family and friends in need of plumbing services.\r
