We had a new water heater installed and my wife and I agree that this was the worst experience we ever seen a professional do.\r
It took well over 8 hours and the work was below par. I am very disapointed as to the service as well as the courtesy shown by the plumber. When a question was asked - a rude response was given.\r
Normally I would have done the work myself. But because of a recent injury, I am was unable to install the new water tank myself. So, I called a professional to help.\r
Never again. The tank is inplace and operational but I will have to redo the work and clean up the mess that is the result of this professionals work. Thanks GOD that at least nothing is leaking. No more Roto-Rooter for me.
