Appointment was set for between 9 to 11am. Arrived at 11:10. Very pofessional. Very thorough. Covered in detail of how things would work. Spent three hours. Had his supervisor come over to show on the camera what was causing the problem in the main sewer line after he had cleaned it and what the solutions were. Cleaned up and left the basement area where he had worked spotless. Would consider using them again
