I have used roto rooter, I had just bought my home in Cleveland and found major plumbing problems, with all my money tied up in purchasing my home I was angry, hurt and most of all so very depressed, but when Randy tech #7655, he actually was sincere and caring about my problem, when he found another major problem, he wanted to show me and I had this horrible fear of crawling under this house with the spiders and whatever else could have been there, he talked me through it and stated he did not want me to take his word for he needed me to see it, when Rob #7901 the plumber arrived they both got me under the house and my fear was broken - I have never had 2 people from such a big company treat me with such respect and honesty and more important the sympathy that they showed, John and another worker came out on sunday and did the job again they took me down to see everything they did, I cant say enough about roto rooter, I will use them for all my plumbing needs without any doubt. lauren akitaSee More\r
