I dropped a chain saw off because it would run but would die when I tried to cut with it. Got a call from the service department and was told it needed a new fuel hose, new spark plug, new air filter, new blade brake, carb job, and that the lack of gas due to the hole in the fuel hose caused a scored cylinder. i had the saw serviced two running hours before and it needed a new plug, air filter, etc??? They told me I needed over $300 in parts for a $300 saw. I told them to order the fuel hose and I would come by and pick it up. I got there and they walked out with my saw in a million pieces in a plastic bag and charged me $40 for it. I replaced the fuel hose and the saw ran great. I have 16 hours on the saw and it runs like it is angry. Fuel hose cost...$4.50. RIP OFF ALERT.
