We purchased parts from here, they were defective, we were told to ship them back at our expense and they would refund our money. Two months later Im still getting the run around, still not getting a call back from my sales rep, who depending on who answers will tell you he doesnt come in until 1, the next time they say he leaves at 12, its always something, was told the owner comes in after five if I wanted to speak with him although they dont answer after hours. They will put you on hold and not come back and eventually disconnect you. One of the ladies is very sweet but is very limited on information, and the lady over accounting was super rude, and did not even say goodbye just hung up. Very unprofessional. Now they have the defective part I ordered from them back, they also have my core. :(
