Review content:
We are located in Geneva, IL and had a busted garbage disposal late last night. Called Roto-Rooter at 8am the next morning and they were at my house with a new garbage disposal, installed and done before lunch. Pat was our technician and he was very friendly, explained everything, and even gave a discount off the list price to help out since it was so close to the holidays. This is the 2nd time we've used Roto-Rooter and were pleased both times with their professionalism and timeliness.
