First off...not all Boise carpet cleaning services are the same. In the past we have had good and bad experiences. Big Blue was a great experience. Todd and his team showed up on time and ready to go. They were professional and really good people. I felt I could really trust them and wont use anyone else now. Todd stretched some loose carpet and fixed a hole in the great room. You can't even tell there was a hole (amazing). The equipment he uses is top notch and powerful. I'm telling you....these carpets are CLEAN! right down to the pad. No soapy residue and the suction didn't leave the carpet saturated, so they dried in a short time. The carpet is now very soft and the house smells great. Thanks so much!
