i went to petco to buy some fish for my mom, petsmart didnt have what i needed in stock, and although they were nice enough to let me call in the morning to see if it came in with thier shipment, i decided to go to petco. i didnt have much time to get the fish and everything i needed with them.\r
first, no one greeted me, or even looked at me when i entered the store. second, i noticed the store was dirty, and when i got to the fish area, it was dark there, smelly, and i waited 10 minutes for someone to show up in the department, all the while getting the tank and other supplies. no one showed. i tried to ask an associate, but again was ignored. i requested a manager from someone else, and they paged one, but the manager also never showed. so, i left the store without buying anything, and hoped mom would forgive the late birthday present. i went to petsmart the next morning to find my fish were there, healthy and happy, and i recieved much more help than expected. it was not worth wast
