i took my old english sheepdog for gromming and when they told me to pick him up - he was still soaked! his paws were still dripping wet. then ispoke to the manager, and she offered a feee grooming so i could be sastified.. but this time, the groomer nearly shaved him when i asked her not so she couldnt save the mats from the previous grooming job. i bursted in tears when isaw my dog nearly naked. please take your dog to a professional grooming place, not at a chain.
PROS: 2 stars - shampoo smelled nice
