Was waiting to pick out some fish with my two year old. I was clearly there first, but the sales guy helped others who had brought in a dead fish. We stood there for at 15 minutes waiting patiently. We didn't even receive a good evening, I'll be right with you, or any sort of acknowledgment. We were standing 5 feet away from him. Then he just leaves the area no offer to send someone else. We just left. I told the lady who was standing up front with her thumb up her nose that they should hire people with some kind of customer service skills. I do my purchases at PetSMART.
