Was waiting to pick out some fish with my two year old. I was clearly there first, but the sales guy helped others who had brought in a dead fish. We stood there for at 15 minutes waiting patiently. We didn't even receive a good evening, I'll be right with you, or any sort of acknowledgment. We were standing 5 feet away from him. Then he just leaves the area no offer to send someone else. We just left. I told the lady who was standing up front with her thumb up her nose that they should hire people with some kind of customer service skills. I do my purchases at PetSMART. more

horrible service 11/19/2005

I found a cat comb that was clearly marked on clearance...I even double checked having worked in retail before myself. At the checkout the comb rang up regular price and the cashier refused to check the price. The store was no busy and yet she literally refused to walk back to the cat aisle and see the sign. I later found the same comb at petsmart and cheaper!! more
