NEVER call Atmostemp NEVER....We have had a service contract with Atmostemp for 16 years. Not a cheap contract either. Never had any problems serviced other than general maintenance. Today, when it was 24 degrees we woke with no heat. Called Atmostemp at 7:45 a.m. was told the technician would be here between 12 noon and 2:00 p.m. I understand that I would not be first on their list. As I write this, it is now 5:20 p.m. with NO service. WE had to call and inquire about the status, and only received, ""he will be there within the hour"". Fess up Atmostemp, TELL me you can't service our home, I will call someone else. Our contract will be canceled as soon as possible. You are THE worst company I've ever dealt with. Thanks for letting my family out in the cold.
