They won't stop calling. I asked them to stop. They hung up on me. I just spoke to someone from their phone bank who said he would get them to stop. I gues they want to sell me their plan. Every day I get a phonecall from them. It is extremely annoying. I would never use them again. more

Heating and Air 12/4/2008

It's always scary when you have no heat but it was not a problem to get someone out to check it out right away. They were very friendly and very helpful. I would reccomend them to anyone. more

Air conditioning guys. 10/8/2008

Not a phone call you want to make. A broken air conditioner is a tragedy at my house. I was surprised at how quickly Atmostemp came out to look at it. They were also reasonably priced and just nice guys. I have used them more than once and I will use them again. more

Horrible Business 3/10/2008

Be aware of these guys, do not buy their maintenance plan. I did and their contract reads you can cancel anytime - well I did within 5 days. They turned us into collection and there is no one to speak to that can help you. Phone calls after phone calls I still have a problem - 3 moths later...... more

WORST SERVICE COMPANY IN THE STATE 12/7/2007

NEVER call Atmostemp NEVER....We have had a service contract with Atmostemp for 16 years. Not a cheap contract either. Never had any problems serviced other than general maintenance. Today, when it was 24 degrees we woke with no heat. Called Atmostemp at 7:45 a.m. was told the technician would be here between 12 noon and 2:00 p.m. I understand that I would not be first on their list. As I write this, it is now 5:20 p.m. with NO service. WE had to call and inquire about the status, and only received, ""he will be there within the hour"". Fess up Atmostemp, TELL me you can't service our home, I will call someone else. Our contract will be canceled as soon as possible. You are THE worst company I've ever dealt with. Thanks for letting my family out in the cold. Cons: Too numerous to list, NEVER call them more
