I will admit in the past few years i had avoided national due to some past negative experiences. This recent trip at airport in LAX made all the difference for our family's recent stay. in addition to the professionalism received from start to finish, at check out i had some information incomplete that would have had me go back to the counter to clean up and that would have been an ""arrrrrgh"" moment. young lady was awesome, we were on our way and suv was awesome for the trip. decided to start using again and currently in Hawaii Kona using and again great from start to current as we go. always issues in business but when some go out there way from drivers helping with your bags especially when traveling with kids, to check out it makes a difference. good luck on your adventures, Jeff
